He pursued his education in Horticulture at Allahbad University before travelling to Scotland to pursue advanced training in Horticulture and Landscape Design.

Mr Khan is a leading Horticulture and Landscape Design consultant in Pakistan with over 36 years of experience. After completing his education from the University of Karachi, he pursued advanced education in Landscape and Design Management in the United Kingdom followed by practical training in Germany and Netherlands.
Ashraf Shanjer
Partner, Architect, Urban Planner & Sustainability ExpertMr Shanjer is a specialist in Urban Design and Green Architecture with over 30 years of experience working in Pakistan and Canada. After completing his degree in Architecture, he pursued a masters in Urban Design from the University of Hong Kong.
Khalida Malik
Partner, Architect & Landscape Planner
Ms Malik is an Architect, Interior designer and Landscape Planner. Having previously worked at one of the leading architecture firms in Pakistan, she has experience designing some of the most iconic projects in the country. Prior to joining the AKKA Design Team, she completed various Landscape Architecture projects as a freelance architect. Ms Malik completed her Bachelor of Architecture from DCET.
Rafi ul Haque
Environment Consultant & Plant EcologistMr Haque is a professional Ecologist with vast experience working with universities, governments and private companies. After completing a Masters in Botany from the University of Karachi he went on to become a research fellow at Reading University in the United Kingdom before returning to Pakistan to pursue a professional career in Ecology and Biodiversity with a focus on flora and fauna.
Ch M Jamil Niaz Arain
Horticulturist & Project Manager
Mr Niaz is an expert in Landscape Management and Horticulture with a focus on tree plantation, seasonal growing, greenhouse development and orchard gardening. With over 40 years of practical experience, Mr Niaz retired as the Assistant Director Parks and Recreation in the Karachi Municipal Corporation before joining AKKA.
Lubna Sajjad Naqvi
Senior Design Consultant
Ms Naqvi is a Graphic Designer by profession who leads all Audio/Visual design activities in the AKKA Design Team. Ms Naqvi has a vast experience of leading print, marketing, promotional and social media campaigns in Pakistan and Canada.
Hamzah Khan
Associate Sustainability & Engineering ConsultantMr Khan is a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on sustainability and manufacturing. He completed his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and after working as a Design Engineer at Tesla went on to pursue a Masters in Industrial Systems and Manufacturing Management at Cambridge University. Mr Khan has also taken on various consulting projects in the UK.
